ICBE is Indiana’s hub for applied business ethics — offering tools, education, research, insights, and hands-on support to help businesses build trust, strengthen their impact, and drive lasting success. We exist to build trust where it matters most — in the workplace, in leadership, in education, and throughout the communities businesses serve.

ICBE was co-founded by veteran leaders in ethics and business. Each member is deeply rooted in Indiana, laser-focused on impact, and equipped with decades of practical experience and data-driven insight.
